Located at the Northern edge of the Glenwood South Neighborhood in Raleigh, North Carolina, this infill highrise condominium tower was one of the first of its kind in Raleigh’s fledgling housing boom. The 10-story brick, stucco and glass structure contains a 4-story parking deck with 82 living units above. The building steps down the sloping site to address its adjacent low and mid-rise neighbors while providing expansive views of the downtown skyline. The signature elevator tower rises above the roof with its lobbies facing the street and utilizing colored glazing to create a beacon at night. Amenities include a fifth floor pool terrace with adjacent fitness and lounge areas. These elements serve to compliment each other in order to create a sophisticated, urban building that fills in the block and animates the streetscape of a developing neighborhood.
