The 10-story brick, stucco and glass structure contains a 4-story parking deck with 82 living units above. The building steps down the sloping site to address its adjacent low and mid-rise neighbors while providing expansive views of the downtown skyline. The signature elevator tower rises above the roof with its lobbies facing the street and utilizing colored glazing to create a beacon at night. Amenities include a fifth floor pool terrace with adjacent fitness and lounge areas. These elements serve to compliment each other in order to create a sophisticated, urban building that fills in the block and animates the streetscape of a developing neighborhood.
