Beckett Farms

Beckett Farms is a 280-unit apartment community located in Fort Mill, South Carolina just off the Gold Hill Road exit on I-77. The project consists of a single four-story upscale apartment building surrounded by a mix of garden style and carriage unit apartments.

The project was designed to create a modern farmhouse aesthetic nestled in a dense grove of trees. Project amenities include a spacious, resort-style pool and fire pit area, as well as several ornamental green spaces and play grounds across the property. The standalone club house building houses leasing offices, fitness spaces, a large vaulted club room and e-lounge.
