Camden Dilworth

The site for this project is uniquely positioned near a convergence of two major arteries cutting through an historic neighborhood on one edge and bustling medical offices and hospital services along the other. The biggest challenge for the building design was to find a balance between both sides. The result is a three-story, residentially-detailed modest low rise addressing the neighborhood side and a four-story, more commercially-scaled mid-rise flanking the medical edge. Each half wraps a precast parking structure which provides ample, screened parking for all tenants. The building contains 145 luxury apartments with multiple courtyard greens, internal fitness centers and other conveniences. The project is walkable to multiple near and in-town services and neighborhood amenities.
