Gateway Lofts

A mixed-use master plan offering residential opportunities emerged as a result of the dramatic office expansion requirements of a major bank. This served to radically transform and revitalize a blighted section of the city. The infill residential solution for this narrow site screened an 8-level parking deck and addressed the street with ground level retail. The multi-level loft units above range in size from 800-1400sf. Each unit is composed of stained concrete floors, exposed load bearing brick walls and steel stairs that lead to a sleeping loft. The penthouse units have sky lit studio spaces, open plans and dramatic skyline views through expansive window walls.
