Orchard Park is a two-phase, 270 unit apartment community in Charlotte, NC.  The project contains four individual buildings in phase one, ranging from 34-unit garden-style walk up structures to a 93-unit corridor serviced building.  The project also provides a large courtyard, common area, pool and lounging deck between the two large buildings.  Unit types range from 400 sf efficiencies to 1100 sf 2BR/2BA plans.  The current plans have been packaged to pursue HUD 221-d-4 financing with the State of North Carolina.  Site work is expected to begin late summer 2011 with building construction beginning late 2011 or early 2012.
