The limited size of the site dictated a vertical solution to the program requirements. The lower retail arcade was set back from the main side, Trade Street, to create a pedestrian plaza anchored by a 21-foot stainless steel and granite sculpture. A six-story glass box perches above the arcade containing office and condominium space. After a recessed floor separates the building masses, a tall glass wall curves back slightly, bending toward the dramatic skyline views. This sweeping façade is punched with residential balconies and capped with an expansive 28th floor penthouse and projecting roof. The tallest part of the tower further engages the street to anchor a ground level retail corner. The south side steps down to the pool terrace positioned over a seven-level parking garage.

The residential units have massive floor to ceiling windows providing views of an urban park, baseball stadium, distant mountains and sunsets. The unique, modern and open floor plans are designed for a young demographic that is actively reclaiming the American city.
