Belcrest at Biltmore Park

Axiom Architecture is working with Kettler and Biltmore Farms on this exciting new development in Asheville, North Carolina. Located off Schenk Parkway, Belcrest at Biltmore Park will consist of 5 residential apartment buildings and a standalone clubhouse building. The 357-unit community is situated in the Blue Ridge Mountains and the split-level buildings celebrate the highland landscape. The three-story clubhouse will host over 17,000 square feet of amenity spaces for residents: including multiple club and lounge spaces, private co-working rooms, a café and market, ample bike and kayak storage, a large fitness space, and two roof terraces overlooking the spacious pool area. Residents will also enjoy expansive skyline views of the Blue Ridge Parkway at an additional roof terrace and lounge space on the top floor of a residential building. The project will be a mix of Type VA and IIIA wood-framed construction and is anticipated to begin construction late 2025.
