Bennet at Bull Street

The Bennet at Bull Street project is an exciting piece of the larger redevelopment of the 181 acre BullStreet District in Columbia, SC by Hughes Development. Axiom Architecture worked with Proffitt Dixon Partners to create two new multifamily and retail buildings as a vital piece of this new community. As a whole the project boasts over 55,000 SF of retail space and 262 residential apartment units ranging from studios to three bedrooms. Building One contains 120 residential apartment units over leasing and residential amenities as well as retail shell spaces. Building Two contains 142 units over retail shell space wrapping a 4 story precast parking garage. The parking garage allows for both retail and residential parking with a total of 347 parking spaces. The project provides residents with outdoor amenity spaces including a large pool courtyard, a small intimate courtyard, a roof terrace overlooking vibrant community space, and multiple dog play areas. These buildings fit seamlessly into the new urban experience offering adjacency to the Segra Baseball Stadium, retail, office, and restaurants.  Bennet at Bull Street was named the 2025 Multifamily Development of the Year for Columbia, South Carolina in the CoStar Impact Awards which recognizes innovative and transformative projects in the industry.
