Charlotte Cotton Mills

Charlotte, NC

Designed in conjunction with the redevelopment of a vintage 1895 cotton mill, this mixed-use building was one of the first high-rise apartment projects developed in Uptown Charlotte. Rising 10-stories above the street, this modern brick and glass structure houses street level retail, a parking deck for 375 cars, and 180 loft-style apartment units. The spacious loft plans are geared toward a young, urban demographic and include stained concrete and hardwood floors, exposed ceilings and ductwork. A large, elevated pool terrace and amenities deck provide expansive views of the Charlotte skyline.
