Positioned in the middle of Charlotte’s First Ward Garden District, these two buildings were some of the last to complete the revitalized, thriving, neighborhood. Every unit was constructed with 10 foot ceilings, an open floor plan, and a roof terrace. The gathering spaces [ kitchen and living room] are located on the second floor, sandwiched between a lower level office / bedroom suite and an upper level master bedroom suite. The project’s modern aesthetics create a unique presence along the Garden District’s streetscape, while its contextual materials and warm colors blend comfortably with its surrounding neighbors.
