The Square at South End

The Square at Southend is a 10-story mixed-use building and 8‑story parking garage developed by Beacon Partners.  Located on the corner of S. Tryon Street and West Boulevard in Charlotte’s South End District, the mixed-use site is one block from the city’s light rail.  Ground level retail spaces and restaurant open to the street and the future Wilmore Centennial Park.  The upper levels offer 140,000SF of office space with a restaurant and 2,300SF terrace on the 10th floor overlooking Uptown.  A plaza designed around a 120 foot tall oak tree is located between the 10-story mixed-use building and the 8‑story parking garage that will be wrapped by ground floor retail with apartments above developed by Centro Cityworks. The plaza design provides an inviting connection between West Boulevard and the future Wilmore Centennial Park.
