Midwood Station

Midwood Station is a mixed-use community located in the Plaza-Midwood neighborhood in Charlotte, NC.  The project contains 97 residential units with an integrated club and leasing center.  Nearly 5000 SF of retail front the ground level of the building, along the bustling Central Avenue corridor.  The larger of two buildings creates a rear-facing court space, including a cozy pool, deck and outdoor amenity spaces.  The smaller, flanking building is a 3-story walk-up “sister” building with loft-style units and a small fountain court.
