Alta Warp + Weft

Alta Warp + Weft added 261 apartments between Optimist Park, Villa Heights and NoDa neighborhoods along N. Brevard Street. The project site provides easy pedestrian access to the Blue Line Light Rail Extension. The project consists of five-stories of wood frame construction surrounding a 380-space precast concrete garage for secure resident parking.

Tenants enjoy a spacious clubhouse with a kitchen/bar, lounge space and arcade gaming, all overlooking a grand “back porch” and the future Little Sugar Creek Greenway and Cross Charlotte Trail. The main corner, adjacent to the light rail stop, houses leasing offices a café/brew bar and a space for local artisans to display their art and/or merchandise for sale. Additional amenities include a fitness center and a beautiful pool courtyard and the upper floors offer excellent tenant views of the uptown skyline. The project is currently wrapping up its National Green Building Standard’s Silver Level certification.
