Located along the banks of the Cooper River and adjacent to the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge, 930 NoMo is a student housing development that offers convenient access to downtown Charleston, SC. The 151 unit, 430 bed project is comprised of one, two, three and four bedroom suites for Charleston’s large student population. Axiom worked with Charleston’s Board of Architectural Review to create an industrial warehouse aesthetic representative of the area’s history.

Students living at 930 Morrison enjoy spacious units, multiple study areas, a roof terrace and an amenities area that opens to a 10,000-square foot pool terrace overlooking the river.

The building is Type III construction, with five floors of residential wood framed units above a ground level concrete podium parking garage. The garage includes a cycle center with convenient bike storage and maintenance space and parking for 152 cars. The adjacent space under the bridge will be utilized for additional surface parking.
