Axiom Architecture worked with DPJ Residential on this 5-story, apartment project in Downtown Winston-Salem, North Carolina which added 242 residential units to the neighborhood. The project consists of 235 apartment units and 7 for-rent townhouse units. Residents have access to amenities, such as a ground-floor game room and a 2-story coworking lounge with a mezzanine demonstration kitchen and coffee bar. Additional amenities include a terrace with a fire pit overlooking the pool courtyard, a linear pet park, and a pet spa. The project is supported by a 2-story precast parking garage accessed off Trade Street and Tenth Street.
