Camden Durham activates the city block at Roxboro Street and Dillard Street in Durham North Carolina with two sister buildings.  The larger building is a 430,000-square-foot luxury apartment building containing 354 units.  The building consists of 5 floors of wood-framed construction over one level of concrete and wraps a parking garage with over 600 spaces.  The project offers 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartment flats as well as townhouse-style units for rent.  Residents enjoy many amenities including over 1,500 square feet of fitness space, private co-working rooms, a roof top lounge and terrace with city views.  Contributing to the mixed-use neighborhood this building contains nearly 6,000sf of retail space.  Individual tenants will occupy and up-fit spaces for their unique needs.
