Axiom Architecture worked with Camden again on the new mixed-use apartment project along the Optimist Park/NoDa corridor at the intersection of N. Davidson and Jordan Place. The building adds over 5,000sf of Retail, 3,000sf of Co-Work space, and 387 units ranging from efficient studios to spacious 3-bedroom layouts. Residents enjoy a full fitness center and several grand outdoor spaces. Secure parking for residents and ample parking for retail tenants or guests are provided as well. The community is also bike and pedestrian-friendly with direct access to the Cross-Charlotte Trail and CATS Blue Line light rail extension.

This building is Type III-A and Type I-A construction, with five levels of wood frame residential over one level of mixed-use commercial and residential construction wrapping a precast parking garage. The building opened for residents and retail up-fits in early 2023.
