CENTRO NODA

This Centro CityWorks project is located on 36th Street within walking distance of all the NoDa neighborhood has to offer. This is the third micro-apartment project Axiom and Centro CityWorks have created together.  Incorporating a few more in-house amenity spaces than its predecessors, residents will enjoy a communal fitness center, a roof terrace, a club space on the ground floor, as well as street-level incubator retail spaces, and larger commercial spaces.

This building will be Type VA and Type IA construction, with four floors of wood-framed residential units over a concrete podium and 209 units.
