Colwick Apartments

Colwick Apartments will bring 234 new residential units to the desirable Cotswold neighborhood and with close proximity to Uptown Charlotte. The 7-story apartment building will have a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units situated around two open air, elevated courtyards. One of the elevated courtyards will include a pool and grilling stations, with adjacent interior club and event spaces, that will overlook Colwick Road and the nearby Cotswold Shopping Center. Residents will have access to ground-floor amenities fronting Colwick Road, such as a golf simulator, fitness and yoga rooms, and a coworking area. The apartment building is supported by two levels of internal parking with entrances off Colwick Road. The residential units will be built as Type 3A wood-framed construction. Construction is anticipated to begin in early 2024.
