Crest at Greylyn

Crest at Greylyn is a 259-unit apartment community in Charlotte, NC. The project contains six individual buildings ranging from two-story, 18 unit and three-story, 34-unit garden-style buildings to a three-story, 89-unit corridor-serviced building. The project provides a large amenities courtyard, common area, pool and lounging deck between the two large buildings. Unit types range from 435 square foot efficiencies to nearly 1,300 SF 3 bed / 2 bath plans. This development exemplifies Axiom’s commitment to sustainability through its pursuit of the National Association of Home Builders Green Building Program. Crest at Greylyn achieved certification at the Bronze performance level under the National Green Building Standard.
