EASTLAND YARDS

Eastland Yards Apartments is part of the redevelopment of the old Eastland Mall site which includes, in addition to this multifamily development, retail space, senior living, and single-family housing creating an instant neighborhood. The apartment project will consist of 266 apartments sitting atop 10,000 + square feet of retail, all fronting a new public park provided by Mecklenburg County Parks and Rec.

Tenants will enjoy a spacious club, lounge, and fitness center looking out over a private pool and grill area. A roof terrace is also provided for grand views of the new park. The project is expected to be completed in the Summer of 2024.
