Edifice Office

The 4111 South building was renovated to provide another chapter to a building with a storied past on South Boulevard. The original structure was once an airport hangar before being relocated to South Boulevard in the 1950s. Since then it has housed multiple occupants, most recently a mixed martial arts studio. The renovated space is now the new corporate headquarters for the general contractor, Edifice, Inc.The building was stripped down to its impressive heavy timber and long span wood truss structure and a new exterior skin has been applied. Axiom designed a new iconic entrance canopy with stained glass along with new glazing and skylights to bring natural light into the office space. The long span wood trusses have been left exposed to showcase the unique history of the building. The interior upfit design was completed by Redline Design Group to round out this unique office space for Edifice.
