Franklin Yards

Franklin Yards will add 253 residential units and space for two commercial tenants to the burgeoning FUSE District in Gastonia, North Carolina. Located across the street from the city’s minor league baseball stadium, this development is positioned to capitalize on the growing energy in this area of the city. One, two, and three-bedroom units will be provided across three residential buildings. The larger of which will have an integral leasing and amenity area overlooking a pool terrace as well as a top-floor lounge and terrace overlooking a private park space and the adjacent stadium. A fourth, smaller building will front Franklin Boulevard and will include the fitness amenities along with the commercial tenants. The residential buildings will be primarily Type VA wood framed construction and will have ample surface parking around them. Construction is anticipated to start in early 2024.
