Mills Market

Mill’s Market is a new mixed-use, midrise apartment building in downtown Cornelius.  The building consists of 224 units wrapping a pre-cast parking garage.  There are multiple amenities including club lounges, a fitness center, leasing offices, and a swimming pool.  Restaurant and boutique retail spaces are anticipated along the ground levels fronting E. Catawba Avenue.
