CHAMBERLAIN HOUSE

Nashville, TN

Axiom Architecture is working jointly with EOA Architects and Manuel Zeitlin Architects to design the Chamberlain House multifamily project.  Developed by Proffitt Dixon Partners, the site is located in the Sulphur Dell district of Nashville, Tennessee, and is just a couple of blocks from the First Tennessee Park baseball stadium and the Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park. Uniquely situated between two public greenway corridors, this project features connectivity between the resident amenity spaces and the surrounding active greenways. 345 residential units will be located in 5 stories of wood frame over one level of concrete podium wrapping a pre-cast parking garage and overlooking a large pool courtyard. Views of the Cumberland River can be enjoyed from the 6th-floor roof terrace and the pool courtyard provides direct access to the Music City Greenway. Bold massing and quality materials distinguish Chamberlain House from the surrounding neighborhood.
