Axiom Architecture is pleased to be working with Kettler-Akridge on a new 6-story, mixed-use apartment project in the Lower South End neighborhood of Charlotte. The project will add over 9,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, along with 310 residential units to the neighborhood. Residents will have access to ground-floor amenities, such as a game room, fitness and yoga rooms, a pet spa and pet park, and a pool courtyard. The project is supported by a 6-story internal precast parking garage accessed off South Boulevard or Hollis Road.
