Axiom Architecture worked with Kettler-Akridge on this 6-story, mixed-use apartment project in the Lower South End neighborhood of Charlotte. The project added over 9,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space and 310 residential units to the neighborhood. Residents can access ground-floor amenities, such as a game room, fitness and yoga rooms, pet spa and park, and pool courtyard. The project is supported by a 6-story internal precast parking garage accessed off South Boulevard or Hollis Road.
