THE CAMPBELL

The Campbell is a twelve-story high-rise apartment building in Charlotte’s South End neighborhood. The project has 117 residential units over four stories of structured parking. Residents will enjoy spacious floor plans, with options to rent 1, 2, or three-bedroom layouts. Various resident amenity spaces are spread throughout the tower, including an expansive roof deck and lounge on the top floor. The design accommodates small retail spaces on each of the two street frontages of this uniquely situated site. The developer, Abacus Capital, is working with JE Dunn Construction as the general contractor to deliver this new addition to the Charlotte skyline in late 2024.
