THE COSMO

The Cosmo is a small-scale boutique complex catered to transit-oriented residents who are looking for quality apartments at affordable rates. The project provides 40 apartment units with secure parking with direct access to light rail, Cross Charlotte Trail, and all the amenities that the NoDa neighborhood has to offer. In addition, the tenants enjoy great views of uptown.
