THE DELANO

The Delano is a new apartment community a stone’s throw from Unity Park and the Reedy River in Greenville, South Carolina.  The seven-story building has five levels of wood-framed, Type 3A construction over two levels of parking.  Tenants will have the option to choose between one and two bedroom plans, some of which include additional den spaces, and will enjoy amenities ranging from an expansive pool courtyard to a top-floor lounge and terrace with views over the river.
