THE QUARTER

The Quarter Apartments is the multifamily component of a larger mixed-use master plan that is reshaping the Tremont Corridor of Charlotte’s South End. The project consists of four separate apartment buildings with 306 units wrapping surface parking. The buildings reflect the warehouse industrial nature of the area with brick and steel detailing. Ground floor retail will house restaurants and shopping, adding to the neighboring adaptive reuse mixed-use office and retail spaces, all at the resident’s fingertips. For residents wanting a little more privacy, 3-story townhouse units are provided which tuck nicely into the adjacent Wilmore neighborhood.

Amenities include a private pool courtyard, two-tiered fitness center, business/entertainment center, and a spacious club with kitchen and lounge space. Additional amenities include a dog spa, dog park, outdoor gathering spaces, and a rooftop lounge with views of both the uptown and South End skylines. The project is expected to open in 2023.
