The Tremont

The Tremont is a 224-unit apartment community located in Cayce, South Carolina. The project consists of four three-story buildings located at one of the gateway entries to the city.

The project was designed to create an urban edge to the site while also maximizing views across the Congaree River towards the Downtown Columbia, SC skyline. Project amenities include a spacious pool terrace which looks out to the river and adjacent greenway as well as a lounge, fitness and internet cafe spaces.
